NO OBSCENE LANGUAGE. This board is intended for professional use. Please refrain from using any vulgar language that would offend someone else. Inappropriate words will be edited or the post will be removed completely. Furthermore, posts that harass, threaten or cause distress, unwanted attention or discomfort to a person or entity are inappropriate.

NO PERSONAL INSULTS or ATTACKS. Tickmarkers provides this site for our users to gather and discuss information regarding and related to finance, audit, accounting and related. You are free to disagree with others, but no personal abuse or attacks are acceptable, your post(s) will be deleted. If you are insulted, please report the post to the moderator. Posts that contain or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or hateful content or content which is racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or which infringes upon the rights of any third party are strictly prohibited.

IMPERSONATION. Impersonating any person or communicating under a false name or a name not entitled or authorized for use is prohibited.

POST IN THE APPROPRIATE FORUM. Please read each forum description before posting to ensure you are posting in the correct forum. Off topic posts may be moved to the correct forum.

NO ILLEGAL SUGGESTIONS. Respect the copyrights of other people, websites, software and printed media. Please no pointers or how-to’s advocating any illegal activity. Furthermore, posts shall not violate (intentionally or unintentionally) any applicable local, state, national or international law, including but not limited to any regulations having the force of law.

NO OBSCENE MATERIAL. No pornographic material of any kind or links to it are permitted.

NO ADVERTISING/SPAM or SOLICITATION. Do not use this site as a redirector or gateway to another site for the purpose of collecting click income or advertising. Although there are times when a link to another site is necessary for helping or answering a question, this site reserves the right to determine what is and is not appropriate. Any inappropriate material will be immediately deleted and the user warned.

Any post/thread that Tickmarkers deems inappropriate for viewing will be dealt with accordingly.
